A Pocono Family Building Legacy Since 1870

Our connection to the Poconos spans generations. With family roots in building, construction, and land development dating to 1870, Kara Sincavage represents the fourth generation of a local legacy. Her daughter, Mackenzie Seitz, carries that legacy forward as the fifth generation.

Kara founded SINC Construction LLC in 2007. Today, our mother-and-daughter team combines deep local roots with a forward-looking approach to custom home design. We build with an understanding of the people, properties, and mountain lifestyle that make the Blakeslee and Lake Harmony area special.
